We assist people in transitioning to a healthier lifestyle. We individually tailor our program that involves personalizing a transformation for our clients that includes getting to the bottom of the mental and emotional issues around their health and developing a new routine that puts them on the path to a lifetime of better health. We build a regular workout program, guidelines around diet, and work to help our clients build a better relationship with food and exercise. At H.E.a.T. we recognize that better health is not just about losing weight or learning how to exercise. We take a holistic approach and build programs that also address people’s ability to cope with life’s ups and downs and see the impact that food and exercise has on their mental health and emotional stability. We believe this part of our program is what differentiates us and is what will truly make the difference in the long-term success of our clients.
Our program will start with a juice cleanse, either 10, 30 or 60 days based on our client’s goals and dietary restrictions. During the juice cleanse we will begin to establish an aggressive exercise routine that will grow and become more challenging as our clients meet their milestone goals. Also during this time we will focus in on the mental/emotional aspects and design a new diet for each client to first reintroduce them to solid foods and then to carry them into their new eating routine. After the juice cleanse we will continue to work with our clients for 30 days to get them up and running into their new lifestyle! The process will be fun: full of weekly group and individual challenges, questionnaires, a buddy system, and more. We want our clients to push themselves to the max, but also be rewarded for it and have fun doing it. Unlike Weight Watchers or other diet programs, we don’t want to see you again! We want to get it right the first time and we know that means making the program fun and interactive, but also making sure people work hard and understand how to meet their goals and maintain the changes they are making for a lifetime.
We are also using our Facebook page and website to create a community of people who are interested in living a healthier lifestyle and recognizing the impact that food and exercise has on their mental and emotional health. We advocate various techniques and we also have some of our own! We will use our page to spread the word with articles, videos, recipes, thoughts/ideas, and also welcome input and feedback from the community we serve. Of course our page will also showcase the thing that started it all, Operation Creampuff, our ever popular blog that continues to grow and reach a wider audience every day.
As mentioned we are still building out our program. We will be relocating to the Orange County area in August and we are using the next two months to fully implement our program. We will start with a test group in the Orange County area who we will use as guinea pigs to fine tune our program. Meanwhile we will continue to use the page and website to share Operation Creampuff, and to pass on information about living a healthier lifestyle. We thank you so much for your support and encouragement for us to move forward with the interest and success we have experienced with the blog. We are Team Mendoza! We are H.E.a.T!!!
