Gregory Lovely, established a personal fitness training company with clients ranging from all ages called JUST LOVELY TRAINING ™ (JLT) Mission statement, "We take pride in giving to the community a controlled and healthy environment where adults and student-athlete can grow to the best of his/her abilities."
Naturally, since my expertise is in football, most of the student-athletes I train play football. In addition to one-on-one training, we also host Boot Camps. "JLT" focuses on weight loss, overall body sculpting and toning as well as customizing your personal workout to meet your goals.
We provide snack and meal ideas to help with meeting your goal for weight loss or weight gain. .
